Braun seeks to hire 5 IT Trainees for its IT department. Selected candidates will work collaboratively across various departments (Industrial, Staff, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Operational Technologies) to identify, analyze, and develop innovation opportunities—especially those involving Artificial Intelligence applications and digital transformation. Start date is scheduled for September 14. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the IT function by participating in strategic projects and collaborating on identifying business needs, defining solutions, and developing value-driven initiatives. **Responsibilities:** Analyze IT processes, activities, and services to identify improvement opportunities, automation potential, or AI application areas. Conduct interviews and workshops with various departments (Industrial, Staff, Infrastructure, Logistics, and OT) to uncover needs and pain points. Collect, structure, and document information regarding processes, workflows, and optimization opportunities. Participate in building a cross-functional database containing key process and business need information. Research AI trends, tools, and use cases applicable to the corporate environment. Evaluate implementation opportunities based on their impact, feasibility, and organizational value. Collaborate in defining improvement proposals and new processes. Support the preparation of business cases, reports, and recommendations for decision-making. Design and document implementation proposals and roadmaps. Support planning and monitoring of pilot tests or projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive adoption of innovative solutions. **Requirements:** Master’s student (preferred) or final-year undergraduate student in Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Ability to formalize a collaboration agreement with the university or educational institution. Interest in digital transformation, innovation, and business-oriented Artificial Intelligence applications. Advanced level of English. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation.
