Responsibilities: * Coordinate goods receipt. * Prepare shipping documentation. * Manage and review customs documentation where required. * Support the sales team regarding cargo and shipments. * Support customers throughout the entire shipment process. * Verify and update information in the CRT. * Close shipment files. * Resolve incidents. \- Carry out compliance with assigned controls and procedures in \- the field of Compliance. * Collect evidence demonstrating compliance with and effectiveness of assigned controls and procedures in the field of Compliance. **What You Bring** ----------------------- Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in International FTL. * In-depth operational and commercial knowledge of the international road freight market. * Management of international full truckload shipments, pricing, negotiation, and business development. * High level of organizational capability, autonomy, and results orientation. * Fluent English is mandatory (professional level, both spoken and written). * Prior experience with leading companies in the sector or similar market operators is desirable.
