We lead the development of advanced technological solutions for highly demanding sectors, contributing to strategic projects in high-value-added industrial and technological environments. **Join our Engineering and Industrialization Team!** As part of our industrial programs, we aim to hire an **Engineering professional with experience in prototype industrialization and quality processes**, who will actively participate in the transfer of design to manufacturing and in consolidating robust industrial solutions within an Indra center. **What will you do?** Lead and coordinate the industrialization process of prototypes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer from design phases to manufacturing. Conduct industrial feasibility analyses, identifying improvements in processes, production methods, and technical solutions aimed at industrial optimization. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations, especially those specific to the industrial and technological sector where prototypes are developed. Prepare First Article Inspections (FAIs), inspection plans, and apply quality tools adapted to prototyping and industrialization environments. Maintain continuous interaction with cross-functional teams—including design, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers—to ensure technical and quality alignment. Manage incidents, non-conformities, and associated corrective and preventive actions related to processes and products. Collaborate in preparing quality reports and production dossiers associated with prototypes and industrialized processes. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements—feel free to get to know us and tell us what you can bring to the team! ✅ Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. ✅ Experience in quality and industrialization processes for products and prototypes. ✅ Knowledge and application of ISO 9001 quality methodologies at intermediate level. ✅ Functional experience in Prototype and Industrialization Engineering, including participation in real industrial environments. ✅ Ability to work autonomously, with a focus on continuous improvement and technical coordination.
