Bell Resguard Residence offers a home for elderly people, providing a warm, family-like atmosphere right by the sea. We are a well-adapted, appropriately equipped, and efficiently organized center catering to independent individuals, dependent persons, bedridden residents, and also feature a psychogeriatric unit. **Your responsibilities:** We are seeking a gerocultor/gerocultora for our residence. Your duties will include: Assisting and supporting residents in daily living activities they cannot perform autonomously (personal hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, repositioning), as well as providing personal care and environmental support, ensuring their physical and mental well-being. **We offer 2 positions:** \- Contract type: Temporary contract of indefinite duration, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract. \- Working hours: 40 hours per week. \- Schedule: 8:00–20:00, alternating between long weeks and short weeks. \- Salary according to collective agreement: Between €1,150 and €1,250 per month, paid in 14 installments. **Requirements:** \- Officially recognized qualification (minimum: Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions; Medium-Level Nursing Assistant Diploma; TCAE; or equivalent). \- Prior experience of at least one year in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. \- Weekend availability is essential.
