Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction **Description:** ---------------- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Manager is responsible for the management and operations of 5 sales points (Breakfast, Snack Bar, Gastronomic, Rooftop, Room Service) and their staff, as well as the events area. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure service and sales point quality. * Supervise, train, and develop employees. * Collaborate in restaurant marketing to achieve sales targets. * Participate in designing bar and restaurant menus. * Maintain cost levels according to each sales point’s ratios. * Maintain sanitation standards, service quality per company standards, and customer satisfaction. * Organize and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house staff. * Ensure satisfaction with banquet and event services. * Monitor proper use of sales point equipment. **SPECIFIC TASKS:** * Cash register control. * Define shifts and monitor working hours. * Control bar stock and costs. * Handle complaints and suggestions. * Monitor daily check\-lists. * Supervise service quality. * Monitor hotel materials and ensure their proper use and maintenance. * Oversee dining room preparation and coordinate staffing across all shifts. **Requirements:** --------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * 4–5 years of experience. * Minimum qualification: Higher Degree, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree. * Languages: English mandatory. * Work permit: Andorra. * Residence: EU. * Interpersonal skills and empathy. * Flexible working hours. * Proficiency in 3 European languages. * Experience in event direction and organization. * Commercial vision and financial knowledge. * Computer literacy. * Personnel management experience.
