Negotiation of terms and strategic agreements ### **Description** DOPP Executive Search is looking for an **Export Manager** for an FMCG company headquartered in Seville. Reporting to the General Management and integrated within the company’s commercial structure, the main mission will be to develop, consolidate, and grow the international business, ensuring proper management and retention of existing accounts, as well as identifying new business opportunities, thereby guaranteeing profitability and the strategic positioning of the brands (own brands and MDD). ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and development of existing international accounts, including preparation of annual commercial plans per client. * Identification of cross-selling opportunities and portfolio expansion. * Preparation and monitoring of the annual sales budget by country and client. * Profitability analysis per client and category. * Negotiation of commercial terms, margins, promotions, and strategic agreements. * Sales tracking, forecasting, and control of budget variances. * Ensuring profitability of international operations and minimizing commercial and financial risks. * Handling commercial and operational issues. * Monitoring product launches, stock rotations, and performance. * Selective prospecting and acquisition of new strategic clients in assigned markets, for both own brands and MDD. * Participation in sector trade fairs and international business missions. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree (preferably in Business Administration, International Trade or related fields). * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in international account development and management, covering both own brands and MDD. * High level of English (Italian and/or Portuguese are assets). * Results-oriented profile with strong analytical and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication skills, planning ability, customer orientation, and teamwork. * Willingness to travel.
