Unlimited productivity bonus, increasing earnings through efficiency. A growing architectural studio is seeking a **draftsperson** to join its field team in Madrid and Barcelona. We conduct professional inspections and assessments of residential properties for major clients in the real estate sector. We need to strengthen our team and are looking for someone eager to work on-site—not behind a computer. **### What will you do?** Your daily routine will involve visiting residential properties across Madrid city. During each visit: - You inspect the property’s condition: structure, installations, carpentry, kitchen, bathrooms, electrical panel, windows - You record a narrated video tour of all rooms - You take photographs of each relevant element - You collect measurements and technical data We handle data processing and report generation. Your focus remains on: visiting, observing, and documenting. **### How many visits per day?** Between **8 and 12 visits per day**, depending on the area and route distribution. Routes are planned to minimize travel time. Each visit lasts between 15 and 40 minutes. **### Why is this position different?** - **No office work**: your job is to move around Madrid, enter real homes, and professionally assess them. You receive your daily route with pre-planned visits and contact details for each property. - **Full autonomy**: once trained, you manage your workday independently. - **Productivity bonus**: the more visits you complete, the more you earn—no cap. **## Requirements** **### Mandatory** - Availability to work **onsite in Madrid city** **### Highly Valued (advantage in selection)** - **Personal motorcycle or scooter**: in Madrid, a motorcycle lets you reach any location within minutes and park right at the building entrance. This cuts travel time in half and enables more daily visits (and higher bonuses). If you own a motorcycle, you’ll have a real advantage in the selection process. - Prior experience in energy certification (CE3X) - Familiarity with Madrid’s residential housing stock (construction years, neighborhood-specific typologies) - A proactive, agile individual with strong observational skills **## Conditions** - **Indefinite-term contract**, full-time - **Base salary according to the Collective Agreement for Engineering and Technical Study Offices** **Productivity bonus:** paid for each visit completed beyond the daily minimum. No cap: the more you do, the more you earn. An efficient architect with a motorcycle can significantly increase their monthly income. **Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00**. Visits are distributed across all districts.
