Direct support to the Technical Manager. **Job Title** Deputy Technical Manager**Job Description Summary** We are seeking a technically skilled professional with management aspirations to join as Deputy to the Technical Manager at a flagship asset located in Seville. This role is critical to ensuring the asset’s smooth operational performance, providing direct support to the Technical Manager and actively participating in the continuous improvement of facilities and services. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop within a dynamic environment offering extensive exposure to various business areas (operations, finance, tenants, and strategy), thereby gaining a holistic understanding of commercial asset management.**Job Description** **1\. Operational and Technical Management** * Supervise the operation of common facilities and services (cleaning, security, maintenance). * Coordinate suppliers and contractors to ensure service quality. * Support the planning and execution of minor works and improvement projects. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational risk prevention regulations. **2\. Administrative and Financial Management** * Support the preparation and monitoring of the center’s operating budget. * Validate invoices, control expenses, and collaborate with the finance department. * Maintain up-to-date technical, legal, and administrative documentation for the asset. * Prepare periodic reports for ownership and management. **3\. Tenant and Stakeholder Relations** * Address queries and requirements from commercial operators. * Support lease contract management and renewals. * Coordinate premises handovers and technical adaptations. * Collaborate in organizing events and commercial activation campaigns. **4\. Internal Coordination and Strategic Support** * Collaborate with other departments of the consultancy (Asset Services, Leasing, Marketing, ESG). * Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and improvement plans. * Act as liaison between ownership and the consultancy when required. * Substitute for the Shopping Centre Manager during their absence.
