The selected candidate will play an integral role in the store's daily operations, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include direct customer service at the counter and cash registers, processing payments, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information about products and promotions. Additionally, the candidate will actively participate in restocking and organizing merchandise on shelves and display areas, ensuring products are correctly labeled, neatly arranged, and readily available for sale. Another key function will be preparing and packing orders for services such as online shopping or in-store pickup, verifying product accuracy and condition prior to delivery. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment is essential, adhering to established procedures for handling food and other products. The role requires close coordination with the rest of the team to achieve sales and service goals, adapting to varying work rhythms based on customer traffic and supermarket needs. Inventory management tasks—including stock control and reporting low stock levels—are also part of routine duties. Ultimately, the ideal candidate will prioritize high-quality customer service and ensure smooth commercial and logistical operations at the point of sale. The offered contract is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Saturday. From Monday to Friday, a split shift schedule applies, while Saturdays involve a morning-only shift. Salary compensation will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the sector. The position includes coverage of corresponding social and labor benefits according to the contractual modality. The workplace is the supermarket located in the town of La Roda. A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the food or retail sector. Demonstrable effective communication skills and a clear customer-service orientation are essential, including the ability to resolve issues and interact with the public in a friendly and professional manner. A dynamic profile—with initiative and willingness to collaborate as part of a team under the store’s guidelines—will be valued.
