This position may be filled as Store Manager or Sales Assistant, depending on the candidate's experience and skills. The store is located at Gran Plaza 2 Shopping Center in Majadahonda. Shifts rotate Monday through Sunday from 10:00\-16:00/16:00\-22:00\. **Responsibilities** * **Customer Service:** Deliver exceptional service to customers by advising on products and assisting with jewelry selection. * **Sales Management:** Achieve and exceed established sales targets by promoting products and special offers. * **Store Maintenance:** Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. * **Inventory and Stock Control:** Participate in inventory management, including goods receipt and stock level monitoring. * **Training and Supervision:** For the Store Manager role, lead and train the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. **Requirements** * **Prior Experience:** At least three years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred, ideally within retail or jewelry sectors. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * **Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts.** * **Results Orientation:** Ability to work under pressure, meet commercial goals, make decisions, and analyze data. * **Passion for Fashion:** Genuine interest in jewelry and fashion trends. **We Offer** * A dynamic and motivating work environment. * Professional development opportunities within a growing brand. * Employment contract and job stability. * Remuneration based on the 2026 Interprofessional Minimum Wage, including pro-rated extra payments. * Rotating 6-hour shifts per day. * Incentive program aligned with team-based goals. * Continuous training on products and sales techniques. **If you are passionate about jewelry and wish to join a team committed to excellence in customer service, we invite you to apply!
