We are seeking to incorporate a Data Engineer with experience in data engineering, Data Warehouse architectures, and integration of diverse information sources into our IT team. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving our corporate data platform, integrating information from the company’s various systems into a common, reliable, traceable, and scalable architecture. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring data availability, security, and readiness for exploitation—contributing to improved information quality, reduced manual processes, and enhanced decision-making. Your **main responsibilities** will include: ➡︎ **Architecture and Data Warehouse** * Define and evolve the company’s data architecture. * Design, develop, and maintain the corporate Data Warehouse, its dimensional models, and data marts. **➡︎ Data Integration and Processing** * Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT processes and pipelines to integrate data from various systems and sources. * Automate and optimize data integration, transformation, and loading processes. * Manage data quality controls and reconciliation between source and destination. **➡︎ Databases, Quality, and Security** * Administer and optimize databases, structures, and queries. * Guarantee data integrity, consistency, traceability, and availability. * Apply security criteria, access controls, and sound data governance practices. ➡︎ **Operations and Continuous Improvement** * Monitor data loads and processes, manage incidents, and identify root causes. * Document architectures, models, and processes. * Promote best practices in automation, testing, version control, and deployments. ➡︎ **Business Collaboration** * Understand the information needs of different departments and translate them into technical data solutions. * Collaborate with BI, IT, and business teams, and coordinate with technology vendors when required. **What do we value?** * Technical English proficiency. * Academic background or certifications in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, data architecture and engineering, BI, or data governance. * Knowledge of Python, dbt, Databricks, Spark, or lakehouse architectures. * Experience working with multiple data sources—including ERP, e-commerce, product, inventory, logistics, finance, and commercial systems. *Behind every great decision lie the data that make it possible. If you are passionate about transforming information into robust, reliable, and scalable structures, we want you to be part of what we’re building at Anekke.* **Requirements:** --------------- **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. **Professional Experience** * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data engineering, database management, technical BI, or equivalent roles. * Experience in designing or implementing Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and integrating diverse information sources. **Technical Knowledge and Competencies** * Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling. * Experience with Data Warehouse architectures and dimensional modeling. * Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines. * Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar. * Familiarity with the Microsoft Data ecosystem: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SSIS, and Power BI. * Proficiency in version control tools—especially Git.
