




Position Summary: We are seeking a Cook for a Day Center in Luarca, responsible for organizing, coordinating, and preparing meals while ensuring hygiene and food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and coordination of kitchen staff 2. Preparation of meals following specific menus and diets 3. Supervision of order management and hygiene maintenance We are looking for a professional to fill the Cook position at a Day Center located in Luarca. Main responsibilities will include organizing, assigning, and coordinating kitchen staff tasks, as well as preparing and cooking meals according to established menus and adapting them to specific dietary requirements. The position also involves supervising order management, preparing meal trolleys, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen facilities, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations and the HACCP system. Experience or knowledge in institutional catering is desirable. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. Salary conditions and other labor aspects will be governed by the State Agreement on Dependency Care. A personal vehicle is required to commute to the workplace in Luarca.
