




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for our new hotel in Barcelona, collaborating in dish preparation, raw material control, and hygiene maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Carry out periodic cleanings as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and supplies, reporting any issues accordingly. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in gastronomic hotels. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. * Experience in restaurants or hotels.
