TASKS• Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. • Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. • Carry out periodic cleanings as established in the prepared plan. • Handle food in compliance with current regulations. • Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. REQUIREMENTS• Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels. • Proactivity and dynamism. • Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
