If you're someone who always ensures that every movement in the warehouse is controlled and recorded in detail... **this position is for you!** As a **Construction Warehouse Support**, your mission will be to **support the complete logistics cycle of the assigned warehouse**, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, transportation, and management of materials and equipment for the assigned hotels. **What will your day-to-day look like?:** * Support the implementation of the logistics manual, including budgeting, receiving, storage, transportation, and supply chain for hotel construction projects. * Verify the arrival of materials and supplies, ensuring they match orders and specifications, and record all entries and exits in the corporate system. * Assist in space allocation, stock rotation, inventory control, status tracking (receiving, storage, transition, distribution, recycling), and transport coordination according to planned needs. * Collaborate in delivery forecasting and product monitoring, guaranteeing proper handling and storage based on product characteristics and available operational centers. * Supervise information matching between service orders and invoices, recording changes, incidents, and defects, and coordinating their resolution with relevant parties. * Support tracking of facilities, equipment, and vehicles, ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety, and guarantee compliance with internal regulations. * Control shrinkage, rejections, obsolescence, and waste, ensuring recycling in accordance with internal policies. **What are we looking for in you?:** * Higher Vocational Training; additional training in Warehousing or Supply Chain Management will be valued. * 1 to 3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics, preferably in construction. * Languages: Intermediate English * Office software and management systems (logistics/finance).
