It works for both **private developers** and **investment funds, financial institutions, corporations, and public administrations**. Projects include: * Residential buildings * Offices and corporate buildings * Retail and commercial spaces * Logistics and industrial assets * Rehabilitation and asset repositioning * Projects related to sustainability and environmental certifications Main Responsibilities * Daily organization and supervision of on-site work. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Performance monitoring and adherence to scheduling. * Layouts and execution follow-up. * Material control, receipt, and storage. * Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety measures. * Direct reporting to the Site Manager. * Quality control in construction processes. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in building construction and/or civil works. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. * Experience coordinating trades. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (minimum 60 hours). * Leadership and organizational skills. * Class B driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in residential / industrial / rehabilitation projects. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, Excel, scheduling software).
