DESCRIPTION An established company in the industrial/recycling sector is looking to hire a **Junior Commercial Representative** for its center in **San Martín de la Vega**. Initially, you will benefit from a mentoring and training period to familiarize yourself with processes, customers, and suppliers across central Spain. **Responsibilities:** * Implement the commercial policy set by Management. * Plan and negotiate purchases and sales of materials. * Conduct full follow-up of operations (confirmations, samples, and requests). * Establish and manage a schedule of commercial visits to customers and suppliers. * Handle incidents and complaints to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Represent the company at industry trade fairs and conferences. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Initial remuneration: €25,000–€28,000 gross per annum. * Incentive Plan (starting after the first year): Upon achieving autonomy in portfolio management, a highly competitive variable compensation package will be activated: Quarterly commissions based on purchase/sale margin. Annual profit-sharing. Continuous training and mentoring by the Area Coordinator. REQUIREMENTS * **Personal vehicle required for travel.** * **Intermediate level of English.** * Dynamic, proactive, and goal-oriented profile. * Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. * Proficiency in IT tools, especially CRM systems. * Residence in the area or willingness to commute to San Martín de la Vega.
