We are looking to hire a sales professional with experience in client prospecting and retention, and knowledge of the Human Resources sector. We envision an organized, dynamic, and client-oriented individual, with a clear sales vocation and a strong focus on achieving goals. Excellent communication skills, ease in establishing professional relationships, and high negotiation ability are required. Main responsibilities will include: Acquiring new clients through field visits and telemarketing activities. Identifying growth-potential zones or sectors and conducting market analysis. Preparing, negotiating, and tracking collaboration offers and proposals. Daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up of new and existing clients, with activity logging in the CRM system. Tracking sales targets defined by management. Sales experience in the Human Resources sector and/or related training. Advanced proficiency in office software, Internet, and customer relationship management systems. Teamwork capability, results- and client-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, versatile and solution-driven profile. Bilingual in Catalan/Spanish.
