Positive work environment and commercial support At **OTP – Technical Office for Prevention**, we are looking to hire a **Sales Representative** for the Madrid area, with the goal of expanding our client portfolio and increasing sales of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) services. **Main Responsibilities** * Selling ORP service contracts * Acquiring and expanding the client portfolio within the assigned territory * Presenting services and tailored solutions aligned with client needs * Closing commercial contracts * Conducting regular commercial meetings with clients * Preparing quotations and contracts * Recording and tracking commercial opportunities * Reporting on sales activities **Requirements** * Valid driver's license is mandatory * Prior experience in the ORP sector or in sales roles is desirable * Results-oriented profile with strong communication and negotiation skills **Employment Conditions** * Permanent full-time contract * Salary: €18,000 gross annual base \+ incentives * Company vehicle for business travel * Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00, plus two afternoons per week from 16:00–18:00, with flexible scheduling **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established company in the Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) sector * Opportunity for professional development * Positive work environment and commercial support
