If you have appraisal experience and are passionate about the automotive sector, this opportunity is for you! ### **About the Role:** As a **Billing Administrator**, your responsibilities will include: * **Assistance in managing and invoicing appraisals** related to **insurance companies**, particularly in the area of **bodywork and painting**. * **Coordination with repair shops and insurance companies**, ensuring proper processing and tracking of claims. * **Review and reconciliation** of documentation, as well as resolution of billing discrepancies. * **Close collaboration with the after-sales and sales teams** to ensure efficient, high-quality service, providing attention and support to our customers while keeping them informed at all times about their vehicle repair process. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * **Proven experience** in **appraisal invoicing**, especially regarding **bodywork and painting repairs**. * **Strong administrative skills**, with particular attention to detail and accuracy in billing. * **Teamwork capability** and excellent communication skills. * **Familiarity with Toyota values**, such as continuous improvement and respect for people, to align with our workplace culture. * **Proficiency in office software** and experience with billing management systems (ERP). * Exceptional customer service attitude. ### **What We Offer:** * **Collective agreement salary**, commensurate with the position and experience.
