YOUR MISSION As Assistant Store Manager, you will be the key support to the store manager, ensuring that everything runs cohesively, energetically, and with a focus on results. You will serve as a role model for the team and a fundamental piece in daily operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Support daily coordination and supervision of the team. * Ensure excellent customer service aligned with brand standards. * Contribute to achieving commercial goals and store KPIs. * Collaborate on scheduling and team dynamics to optimize results. * Participate in training and onboarding of new team members. * Support stock management and product control. * Maintain store image, ensuring careful and consistent visual merchandising. * Cover for the Store Manager during absences, ensuring business continuity.
