Job Summary: End-to-end management of the procurement and inventory control process, ensuring that technical and commercial data are kept up to date to optimize operations and sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the procurement and inventory control process. 2. Keep technical and commercial data up to date. 3. Collaborate with other departments on promotional campaigns. This role involves managing the entire procurement and inventory control process to ensure that technical and commercial data are always current in our systems. You will be responsible for setting up items, suppliers, and customers in the database, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, photos, pricing, and technical specifications. This work is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and error-free sales. In this temporary position, you will closely monitor purchase orders and stock levels, analyze profit margins, and promptly identify and resolve potential issues on web portals. You will also collaborate closely with other departments and external suppliers in San Sebastián de los Reyes to prepare promotional campaigns and ensure seamless coordination. Vocational training at intermediate level (FP Grado Medio). Minimum one year of prior experience in procurement or related fields. Advanced proficiency in office software, particularly Excel, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple information streams simultaneously. Proficiency in English for communication with international suppliers is a plus.
