Administrative Manager of the María Auxiliadora Foundation. Accounting and tax management. Supervision of the administration of delegations. Preparation and monitoring of budgets and grants. Management of donations and identification of new funding sources.
**Required Education:**
* Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor's/Licentiate Degree in Business Administration and Management, or any other degree or licentiate qualification provided complementary training and relevant work experience for the position described.

**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain up-to-date accounting records for the entity’s headquarters and supervise accounting for delegations as well as project- and funder-specific analytical accounting.
* Monitor and forecast the overall and local treasury of the FdMA.
* Lead initiatives to identify new funding sources.
* Prepare the entity’s annual budget and support quarterly budget preparation and monitoring for delegations.
* Compile the FdMA’s annual financial consolidation report, submit annual financial statements per auditors’ instructions, and fulfill all related tax obligations.
* Submit quarterly tax returns and file annual tax declarations.
* Monitor Social Security contributions across different contribution accounts.
* Track received donations and donor individuals/entities; file the annual donation declaration with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT); issue donation certificates to requesting donors; and transfer funds to designated beneficiaries according to donor intent.
* Advise administrative and managerial staff of each delegation on economic, labor, and/or tax matters, ensuring adherence to established criteria.
* Ensure occupational risk prevention within the FdMA and monitor compliance with applicable regulations at each workplace.
* Prepare joint budgets and justifications involving multiple delegations and respond to any related requests.
* Keep the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System administration and governance process updated.
* Maintain an up-to-date inventory of the entity’s assets and track annual investments and depreciation.
* Any other tasks related to the entity’s sustainability and transparency.
