




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for the maintenance department in Málaga, focused on contract processing and supporting the management of requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Processing of minor contracts on public platforms 2. Support in managing work reports 3. Receiving requests from centers and town councils We seek a person to perform administrative tasks within the maintenance department in Málaga. Main responsibilities will include processing and publishing minor contracts both on the provincial council's internal platform and on the public sector's platform. Additionally, support will be provided in managing work reports and receiving requests originating from other centers of the Provincial Council of Málaga and from various town councils. A full-time interim contract is offered, with working hours from 08:00 to 15:00\. The monthly salary is 2583 euros. The estimated duration of the appointment as an interim civil servant under the program is approximately 9 months. A minimum educational qualification of Secondary Education Graduate (ESO) is required.
