




Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to handle the comprehensive administrative management of subsidized training courses, including preparation, monitoring, and justification of training activities. Preparation of reports and monitoring of training files We seek a candidate capable of performing comprehensive administrative management of subsidized training courses, covering SEPE, FUNDAE, and other regional bodies. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing all documentation required for implementation, monitoring, and justification of training activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for communication and coordination with trainers, trainees, and course-funding entities. Enrollment control, attendance tracking, evaluations, and documentary archiving will also be managed. Additionally, data entries and updates on official platforms will be performed, and support will be provided during audits and administrative reviews. Reports will be prepared and training files monitored. A minimum of 12 months’ professional experience in administrative or commercial technical roles is required. The contract will be temporary, lasting 5 months, with flexible working hours and a gross monthly salary of 1,800 €, including pro-rated extra payments. The applicable collective agreement is the Training Sector Agreement.
