




**Administrative Assistant – Santa Cruz de Tenerife** We are looking for an **administrative assistant** to join a company in the leisure machines sector. **Main responsibilities:** * Answering phone calls and managing communications. * General administrative tasks: invoicing, collection and payment tracking, document filing and organization. * Preparing documents, contracts, and written correspondence. * Gathering, recording, and managing data. * Providing support to operational and management teams in daily administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Relevant education related to the position. * Previous experience in administrative roles. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email). * Organized, responsible person with strong communication skills. * Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn/improve. **Location:** Santa Cruz de Tenerife **Working hours:** Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:30.
