




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative support for customer service tasks, appointment management, email handling, and general administrative assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities will include answering telephone calls and assisting patients in person, managing appointments, and front-desk reception at the center. Email correspondence will also be managed, along with data entry for accounting purposes, providing general administrative support. At least one year of prior experience in administrative and customer service roles is required. A Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate in Administrative Management or an equivalent qualification is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable. This position offers a temporary part-time contract, requiring four hours per day during afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM). Salary conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for Private Clinics in Aragon. The workplace is located in Zaragoza.
