### **Description** At Dopp Executive Search, we are seeking a **Payroll Manager** for a food industry company based in the province of Seville. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management and control of payroll and labor administration across the Group's companies, guaranteeing accuracy, cost reporting, and efficiency in personnel administration. You will serve as the technical expert in labor matters and play a key role in driving the digitalization and automation of HR processes toward a scalable and sustainable model. Your **main responsibilities** will include: * Supervise and execute the complete payroll cycle (hiring, terminations, incidents, settlements, etc.), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. * Monitor applicable collective bargaining agreements and their updates. * Validate calculations and reports generated by payroll systems and coordinate with external providers. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and applicable regulations. * Lead the digitalization of payroll functions, promoting the transition toward a paperless 2030 model. * Implement standardized payroll processes. * Ensure integration between payroll and HRMS/ERP system development. * Prepare periodic reports on labor costs, budget variances, and expense forecasts. * Monitor and optimize labor costs (overtime, absenteeism, impact of collective agreements). * Drive process automation through HR Analytics or dashboards (Power BI, ERP). * Develop and manage improvements in time and attendance operations using tools such as Cegid VisualTime. * Provide reliable, real-time information to General Management and Finance for decision-making. * Serve as the technical reference for the labor team, ensuring continuous regulatory updates. * Document processes, create operational manuals, and ensure version control. **What we are looking for:** * Registered Graduate in Labor Relations (mandatory). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management and labor administration within industrial environments with a high volume of shift-working employees. * Proven experience interacting with the Labor Inspectorate and official agencies. * International experience is highly valued. * Advanced knowledge of payroll software (SAP, A3Nom, Meta4 or similar) and HRMS. * Experience with Épsilon / Grupo Castilla solutions, Cegid VisualTime, and Siges ERP is highly valued. * Advanced Excel skills and experience in report automation. * B1 level English proficiency is highly valued.
