We’re looking for you!** These will be some of your responsibilities: * Support the implementation of the Continuous Improvement System (IWS) at Grefusa, following established standards and methodologies. * Collaborate in the development and improvement of job-related standards, applying the PDCA approach (Plan, Do, Check, Act). * Work closely with your Line Leader and team to prioritize and address identified losses, using the "Loss Tree" as a reference, and participate in the Daily Dialogue System (DDS) to prioritize resources, agree on actions, and track their execution. * Report data from your DMS tools in the DDS and ensure data capture quality within your area. * Lead loss elimination efforts, providing guidance and training to the team on root cause analysis tools such as IPS, UPS, and 6W2H. * Monitor the progress of the IWS system, ensuring adherence to improvement plans and objectives. * Support tracking the development of pillars, ensuring periodic meetings are held and progress is maintained. * Train team members , including line leaders and team supervisors, on their pillar, implementation of the 8 RTT DMS, and tools for loss elimination. * Collaborate with the Production Manager in coordinating and tracking necessary actions to achieve Assessment objectives. * Analyze deviations, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actions to meet IWS system objectives. * Collaborate in maintaining the IWS Site Masterplan ️ to address losses and develop required capabilities, in coordination with the plant team. **What profile are we looking for?** * University degree: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related fields * High level of English: minimum B2 * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial environments and continuous improvement If all this sounds great to you, we’d love to meet you! **Now, what do we offer you?
