We’re looking for our next star hire for the team as a **DevOps** We are Sesame HR—**the digital solution that supports Human Resources teams**, managers, and companies in optimizing personnel management processes by centralizing them on a single platform. Hit play! **What do we expect from you?** **Technically, it’s essential that you have:** * Extensive experience with Linux servers in production environments (>5 years). * Proficiency in using Docker in production environments (>3 years). * Solid experience working with relational databases (MySQL/Percona Cluster) (>3 years). * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (>3 years). * Practical experience with automated infrastructure deployments for new platforms using Terraform and SaltStack (>2 years). **And you’ll shine even more ✨if you:** * Have a proven track record with Kubernetes in production environments (>2 years). * Are familiar with AWS cloud services (SQS, SNS, Lambda, etc.) (>2 years). * Have knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) and application performance optimization (>1 year). * Understand how APIs work. ‍ ‍ **What will you do at Sesame?** * Deploy infrastructures for the application and its microservices. * Provide technical support to other members of the product team. * Manage infrastructure migrations, database administration, and incident resolution. * Propose improvements, automations, and tools to enhance processes—especially those benefiting your colleagues’ work. * If the DevOps mindset is part of who you are, we have much to explore together! * Ability to restore backups and be prepared for disaster recovery. * Currently, our focus areas include memory leaks, infrastructure improvements, load balancing, security, continuous delivery, and event persistence.
