Job Summary: We are seeking an architect, civil engineer, or technical architect with experience in residential projects who thrives in dynamic environments and values teamwork for project drafting and management. Drafting, development, and management of projects across all phases. **We are Hiring** **Are you familiar with the Casas inHAUS project?** **If you are an architect, building engineer, or technical architect with experience in end-to-end residential projects and passionate about dynamic environments and teamwork, you are our ideal candidate.** **DESCRIPTION:** The main responsibilities will include: Drafting, development, and management of basic and execution projects across all phases—from initiation through delivery of final construction documentation. Preparation of technical documentation and detailed drawings (MEP, structural, installations, regulatory compliance, conceptual layout, construction details, etc.). Administrative processing and management with official architects’ associations, municipal councils, energy certification bodies, and other relevant entities. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field. * Advanced technical knowledge: experience developing new residential construction projects is desirable. * Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, CYPE, Arquímedes, among others). * Our office is located in Almussafes; therefore, having a personal vehicle for commuting is required. **What We Offer:** * Contract Type: Permanent * Working Hours: Full-time * Office Schedule: 8–17 or 9–18 hours (flexible start and end times) * Work Location: Almussafes (on-site) * Salary: Based on proven experience.
