This is a key position with responsibility for managing a B2B customer portfolio and coordinating related tasks. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and building solid, long-term relationships, with the objective of delivering excellent service. Who you are **Education:** University degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) oriented toward Logistics and/or Commercial Management. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in commercial and customer service roles within B2B environments in the FMCG sector. * Experience in multinational environments. * Experience in report preparation and KPI tracking. **Requirements** * Willingness to travel * Teamwork orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Organization and prioritization skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Commercial and negotiation skills. * Influencing and communication skills. * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ERP, and CRM systems. * Personal competencies: Flexibility, proactivity, perseverance, empathy, and a positive attitude. * English: Intermediate\-Advanced level What we Offer * **Contract:** Permanent * **Remote Work:** Possibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays Your Impact **Main Responsibilities*** Customer Experience * Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries. * Build strong relationships with the customer portfolio and foster collaborative work. * Identify contractual deviations and take necessary measures to ensure proper alignment and follow-up. * Conduct periodic visits and meetings with clients for account reviews, service monitoring, and identification of growth and improvement opportunities. 2\. Contract Management* Set up and implement contracts for new clients. * Proactively adjust and update data as needed to prevent service disruptions. * Annually review portfolio contracts and manage price updates. * Negotiate commercial terms with assigned clients. 3\. Data Management* Accurately collect, process, and analyze customer account data to ensure proper management. * Report KPIs to clients monthly, identifying deviations or relevant changes according to contract terms. 4\. Billing and Collections* Ensure required data is available within agreed deadlines to guarantee timely invoicing. * Support the finance team in debt monitoring and perform necessary actions to ensure timely invoice payments.
