Analyst - Asset Management

**Key Responsibilities** * Support Asset Managers in the execution of business plans across a wide range of real estate assets. * Perform financial analysis, underwriting and valuation of investment opportunities and existing portfolio assets. * Build and maintain detailed financial models, including hold/sell analyses, business plans and scenario modelling. * Review asset performance and identify opportunities to enhance value and optimize returns. * Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reviews and management presentations. * Support asset sales processes, including buyer analysis, bid evaluations and transaction execution. * Coordinate with servicers, brokers, legal advisors, technical consultants and other external stakeholders. * Analyze market data, comparable transactions and real estate trends. * Monitor KPIs, budgets, cash collections, capex programmes and business plan progress. * Participate in portfolio reporting and ad\-hoc strategic analyses for senior management. **Requirements** * Right to Work in Spain * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field. * 1–4 years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, consulting, valuation, investment management or a related analytical role. * Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. * Strong quantitative and problem\-solving capabilities. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. * Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. * Strong communication and presentation skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience analysing real estate investments or portfolios. * Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies. * Exposure to development projects, loan portfolios, distressed assets or special situations. **What We Offer** * Direct exposure to a large and diverse real estate investment portfolio. * Opportunity to work closely with senior asset management professionals. * Significant responsibility and learning opportunities from day one. * Dynamic, entrepreneurial and high\-performance environment. * Competitive compensation package and career development opportunities.
