We are looking to hire a **Workshop Manager** for our specialized center in **sheet metal fabrication**, with a special focus on aluminum. Responsibilities: * Planning, organizing, and supervising workshop operations. * Coordinating and leading production teams. * Ensuring process quality and timely delivery. * Optimizing the use of machinery and available resources. Requirements: * Minimum of **5 years of experience in the metal industry**, preferably in **aluminum**. * **Proven team management experience**. * Knowledge of **technical drawing** (proficiency in **AutoCAD or SolidWorks** is a plus). * Experience with **cutting, laser, and welding machinery** will be an advantage.
