We are looking for a professional with experience in the construction sector, especially in civil engineering, to join our team as a **Construction Machinery Operator** (backhoes, mini excavators, combination machines, tractors, skid steers, bulldozers...). The position involves operating heavy construction machinery such as excavators and loaders to carry out excavation, earthmoving, material loading and transportation tasks. It also includes first-level equipment maintenance, checking technical conditions, and compliance with safety regulations during operation. Candidates must be able to work outdoors, adapting to variable weather conditions and the dynamic nature of construction projects. Main responsibilities include: * Operating and handling heavy machinery, ensuring efficient and safe usage. * Excavating, loading, and moving soil, rocks, and other materials according to project specifications, ensuring required dimensions and depths are met. * Using machinery to level terrain, preparing sites for construction or other civil works. * Strictly following occupational health and safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and ensuring the work area is safe. * Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during machinery operation, such as mechanical failures or ground difficulties. * Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance on machinery: checking oil, fuel, and other fluid levels, as well as cleaning and lubricating essential components. Requirements include: * Proven experience as a public or industrial works machinery operator * 20-hour OSH training (specialization in earthmoving or machinery). * 20-hour OSH training in masonry. * Commitment to safety and teamwork. * Experience in civil construction projects. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability for frequent travel. * Ability to perform physical work outdoors.
