As a member of the shift team, the Technical Operator is responsible for the operation of the production line. * + You must comply with HARTMANN's Safety and Quality standards. + You must ensure that the quality level meets product specifications by performing periodic tests (IPC). + You will solve problems focused on RDI in your work area. + You will execute the shift action plan (focus points, system performance, Pit\-Stop plan). + You will execute the various standards generated in the unit through DDS: SOP, CIL, Center Lining, specifications, execution of preventive orders (SAP), etc. + You will detect and resolve anomalies during shifts. + You will actively participate in corrective maintenance activities. + You will prepare raw materials and load them into the machine according to established standards. + You will drive continuous improvement to eliminate losses in your area using LEAN tools.
