From unodetres, we collaborate with a company based in León specializing in gold buying and selling, which needs to hire a Sales Assistant for one of its stores. The selected candidate will represent the company to customers and play a key role in conveying its core values: trust, transparency, and service quality. Main responsibilities include: * Store opening and closing. * Personalized customer service and advice regarding gold purchase and sale transactions. * Cash management and handling of payments and receipts. * Appraisal process for jewelry, both for purchase and pawn services. * Maintaining store order, cleanliness, and overall appearance. * Monthly store inventory execution and reporting. * Daily reporting of results via Excel. * Compliance with internal protocols and current sector regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). * Minimum one year of prior experience in sales and customer service. * Basic office software skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Permanent contract. * Fixed salary according to the Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement plus monthly bonus upon achieving set targets. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30–13:30 and 17:30–20:30; Saturdays, 10:00–13:30. * Initial on-the-job training. * Opportunity to join a stable, family-owned company.
