Leadership of the service network in the automotive sector Crearte Consulting is selecting an Operations Manager for a multinational automotive company. Mission: The Network Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing a solid network of logistics operators, dealerships, and partner workshops across the entire territory, aiming to ensure comprehensive coverage, service quality, and optimal response times for fleet repair and maintenance operations, as well as for managing vehicle repair campaigns following hail damage and other incidents. Main Responsibilities: Develop and expand the partner network (workshops, dealerships, logistics providers) at national and international levels. Select, certify, and audit workshops and strategic partners, ensuring compliance with the company’s defined quality standards and service time requirements. Negotiate agreements and operational terms with various network partners. Coordinate vehicle logistics and distribution during large-scale repair campaigns (e.g., hail-related incidents). Design and implement territorial coverage strategies, ensuring presence in key operational areas. Monitor network performance indicators (KPIs): capacity, quality, repair times, customer satisfaction, profitability, etc. Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Customer Service teams to optimize the end-customer experience. Manage network communication and loyalty, fostering long-term trust-based and cooperative relationships. Identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization in network management and operational processes. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in creating or expanding technical service or workshop networks. Knowledge of claims processes related to weather phenomena (hail). Familiarity with digital network management tools or CRM systems. Experience in multi-country or multinational environments. University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. Experience managing workshop networks, logistics partners, or automotive after-sales.
