Personal development in a respectful organization DESCRIPTION ### **Our Client** Rotimpres, a graphic arts company located in Aiguaviva, specialized in offset rotary printing and founded in 1982, is looking to hire **Post-Press Operators** to manage stapling, gluing, and cutting machines. Rotimpres is an environmentally and socially responsible organization, structured and prepared to foster employee growth. **Profile:** Candidate with prior experience as a machine operator and possessing ambition and capability to coordinate personnel. **The Offer:** * Day shift schedule: one week from 6:00 to 14:00 and the following week from 14:00 to 22:00\. * Annual gross salary between €28,000 and €30,000, depending on assessment, plus an annual variable bonus of €4,000 starting from Year 1. * Career development plan * Highly stable employment in a growing company
