Main Responsibilities: * Handling N1 escalations in the operator's mobile access network, composed of base station equipment for 2G, 3G, LTE..., and various vendors in outdoor plant. * Assigning incident tickets requiring escalation to other technical departments. * Technical-level resolution of service provisioning issues. * 8x5 support coverage.
