Main Responsibilities: * Handling N1 escalations on the operator’s mobile access network, comprising base station equipment for 2G, 3G, LTE, etc., and various vendors deployed in external plant environments. * Assigning incident tickets requiring further technical intervention to other technical departments. * Technical-level resolution of service provisioning issues. * 8x5 support service availability. Required Qualifications: * Experience with access equipment * Access architecture * Networks * Access equipment deployment * Configuration of access equipment (network creation and user provisioning) * Network protocols * Valuable experience with tools: iGRI, Hermes, Atlas, Devo, Infovista, HDM, Magia.
