If you are ambitious and want to make an impact on your career, come join our team—you’ll enjoy the journey! **Description:** Ardagh Metal Packaging in Spain is seeking Mechanical Technicians/Production Operators to support the maintenance process of each machine within the production system and auxiliary equipment, focusing on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, always according to dimensional requirements from drawings, technical machine dossiers, adjustment sheets, and current documentation. **Responsibilities:** Ensure proper functioning and good condition of all production equipment. Carry out maintenance procedures on each machine in the production system and auxiliary equipment, paying attention to mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, always in accordance with dimensional requirements from drawings, technical machine dossiers, adjustment sheets, and current documentation. Apply quality standards to achieve products meeting established control standards and product drawings. Complete reports with process results to maintain intervention records and update the maintenance history. Follow established safety, order, and cleanliness regulations. Repair malfunctions in factory machines and auxiliary equipment, aligning this process with established standards and optimal working conditions for each machine. Manage the dossier for each machine, including control of its historical records as per established procedures, adapting new procedures to emerging situations. Determine minimum spare parts requirements for each machine and request purchases following procurement procedures. Implement preventive mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance plans for machines in our production system, as well as for all factory auxiliary services. Execute maintenance and/or improvement plans for each machine in the production lines. Create and record setup sheets and operating modes for each machine or equipment. Maintain and update mechanical component designs for machines and auxiliary equipment. The functions and responsibilities associated with Integrated Management System procedures. **Qualifications:** Vocational Training (FP)/Medium or Higher Level Cycle in Machining, Installation, and Electromechanical Maintenance of Machinery and Production Line Operation, or university degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish. English language: intermediate/advanced level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word (intermediate level). Knowledge of machine tools (lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, etc.), workshop machinery, and welding. Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience. Driver's license and personal vehicle desirable.
