The company is capable of providing the best launch services to commercial satellite operators, institutions, space agencies, and national and international governmental entities. **Mission** As a Manufacturing Engineer, your primary mission within the department will be the development of component manufacturing processes, primarily including CNC machining and welding processes, as well as other manufacturing processes (waterjet cutting, drilling, forming, cleaning, etc.) required for the successful execution of the MIURA 5 program. The ideal candidate will have an open mindset and apply a logical and disciplined approach to evaluate and select the appropriate set of solutions. **Responsibilities** * Development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. * Definition of manufacturing processes, material flow, and inspection points for the various elements comprising the launch vehicle components. * Identification and planning of production equipment, tooling, and raw materials necessary for manufacturing required components. * Generation of mBOMs (material lists), operation routes, 3D models, and drawings required for different manufacturing processes. * Preparation of technical documentation such as work instructions, manuals, and forms necessary to ensure quality execution of manufacturing processes and their traceability. * Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes based on results obtained during prototype production. * Development, management, and meticulous tracking of documentation within ERP systems. * Technical support and problem resolution in the workshop during production phases. * Supervision and validation of manufacturing processes for metallic materials, general machining, welding, sheet and tube bending, coatings, and other precision fabrication processes. * Concurrent engineering with Design and Supply Chain teams to improve designs and enhance manufacturing processes in terms of both quality and capacity.
