




**Job Category:** ================= Manufacturing/Operations **Job Family:** =============== Maintenance **Job Description:** ==================== The person joining the maintenance department at the factory must ensure that plant equipment and facilities are in safe condition, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and environmental performance of the production process. The responsibilities include the following: * Address corrective and preventive maintenance needs. * Execute work orders within the plant. * Record incidents and interventions in the management system. * Verify and report incidents. * Control, maintain, and ensure the availability of general services (water, electricity, steam, compressed air, etc.). * Adjust and monitor operating parameters of facilities and services (including fire protection systems). * Propose improvements to the production process and facilities. * Ensure order and cleanliness in the work area. * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, environmental regulations, hygiene, and occupational health and safety during all interventions. * Follow factory maintenance procedures and specific procedures related to assigned tasks. Minimum Requirements: * Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electricity, or Naval Engineering. * Food Handler Certification. * Forklift Operator License. * Boiler Operator License. * Legionella certification will be valued. * At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance.
