This role is essential for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of our three current locations, as well as supporting our expansion process. **Objective:** The primary objective of the Maintenance Technician is to ensure all restaurants remain in optimal condition. This includes both facilities and equipment, minimizing downtime and guaranteeing that our customers receive high-quality service at all times. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------- The Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * **Facilities and equipment maintenance:** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on restaurant facilities, as well as kitchen and service equipment, ensuring their proper functioning. * **Support to restaurant managers:** Providing technical support to managers in identifying and resolving issues related to facilities and equipment. * **Preparation for supervision visits:** Ensuring restaurants are in optimal condition for supervision visits, meeting established quality standards. * **Training of maintenance staff:** Collaborating in training internal staff on basic maintenance tasks, promoting prevention and proper use of facilities and equipment. * **Administrative management and organization:** Maintaining records of maintenance activities, preparing reports, and managing related documentation. * **Central warehouse management:** Managing inventory of tools and supplies required for maintenance tasks, ensuring they are always available. **Requirements** -------------- * **Education and skills:** * Academic training or courses related to maintenance (plumbing, electricity, welding, painting) will be valued, provided the candidate demonstrates ability to perform required tasks. * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. * Proactivity and organizational skills. * **Experience:** No prior maintenance experience is required, as we provide appropriate training to committed and motivated candidates. * **Availability:** Ability to work split shifts from Monday to Saturday. **Benefits** -------------- At Good\&Fast Restauración, we value our employees and offer an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
