Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen! **Your opportunity** * Update in the SAP system all component receipt movements. * Carry out and monitor the entire process of additional tooth orders from receiving the request until acceptance of the invoice sent to BIH for subsequent payment. * Execute daily upload of production, both automatic and manual, in SAP for finished products delivered to the customer and supervise its correct operation. * Supervise the execution of daily rotating inventories with the objective of ensuring the reliability of SAP system information. * Collaborate in carrying out general inventories according to the planning conducted by the Production and Logistics Management. * Review component stocks daily to identify risk situations and take action to resolve them. * Analyze customer needs (spare parts, modules) in the short and medium term to plan components and production at the Vitoria plant. * Carry out the spare parts supply procedure to the customer, from analysis, issuing delivery notes, and organizing transport. * Plan component deliveries from suppliers using MRP and weekly loading plans. * Ensure suppliers do not delay deliveries and guarantee adherence to the schedule. * Manage all transportation according to delivery planning (MRPs), following general guidelines set by BIH, seeking optimization of cycles and routes to minimize transportation costs. * Collaborate with the BIH Administration department verifying invoices for both components and transportation for subsequent accounting. * Organize and control the return cycle of empty containers to suppliers. * Coordinate with logistics operators (forklift drivers) the loading and unloading of trucks. * Supervise compliance with ODETTE regulations (labeling of component packaging). * Supervise that documentation accompanying deliveries is complete and correct, and subsequently enter it into the SAP system. * Complete and send logistic claims to suppliers. * Collaborate with the Quality and Environmental Department in managing inert and hazardous waste. * All these described activities will be carried out under the Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards outlined in the "Quality, Environment and Safety Manual". **Your personality** * Education: Logistics or similar * Experience: Minimum of two years, preferably in companies within the automotive sector. * Languages: Native and advanced English. * Computer skills: MS Office, SAP. **Your contact** David Asier Perez Fernandez De Monge BENTELER Human Resources Phone: \+34 945 18 8467 **Your new employer** The BENTELER Group always has the answer.
