CNC Milling Professional. We seek a candidate to operate and maintain CNC milling machines, ensuring production of high-quality parts in accordance with technical specifications. A strong understanding of engineering drawings and the ability to program CNC machines is required, ideally using ISO standards and specifically FANUC systems. Machine setup tasks—such as part centering—as well as correct tool selection and cutting parameters will be essential for successful performance in these duties. Responsibilities include continuous supervision of machining operations on 3-axis or higher machines. A key aspect of this role is quality control, which entails precise measurement of parts using appropriate instruments and verification of compliance with dimensional tolerances. The candidate must be able to perform fine adjustments to programs or machine settings to maintain quality standards. Basic preventive maintenance of the milling machine and cleaning of the work area—including chip management—will also be required. Prior experience in similar roles will be valued.
