Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced plumber for preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing installations in buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Main responsibilities include carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance on all plumbing installations within the building. A vocational qualification related to the sector or a professional certification attesting competence to perform these tasks is required. Additionally, a minimum of 36 months of prior experience in a similar role as a plumber is essential. An indefinite-term contract is offered, with a part-time schedule of 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, in the afternoon shift, specifically from 14:00 to 21:00\. The gross annual salary will comply with the Metalworkers' Collective Agreement, amounting to €19,997 per year. Social benefits are included. The position is located in the Cortes/Centro district of Madrid (28014\).
