We are currently seeking a candidate interested in joining a Professional Internship program through IEFP for **Customer Service** at our warehouse located in **Castanheira do Ribatejo**. To this end, we seek professionals registered with IEFP holding Qualifications Level 4 and 5 (Secondary Education), with knowledge in logistics and a willingness to build a career in this sector. Job responsibilities: * Support in daily operational customer communication; * Support in monitoring the operations team’s work; * Support in incident and complaint management; * Support in complex operations; * Serve as liaison between departments on common matters; * Client invoicing; * Invoice classification; * Scheduling and managing transport; * Monitoring the entire logistics process. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Experience in the field; * Responsible and dynamic; * Preference for knowledge of Spanish and English; * Computer skills; * Teamwork.
