Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Milling Operator to manufacture prototypes and short production runs, programming 3-axis, 3+2-axis, and continuous 5-axis machining centers using Mastercam. Versatility in CNC lathe programming using Mastercam Salary: **3\.000 € \- 35\.000 €** Contract Type: **Permanent** Working Hours: **Full-time** Experience: **5 years of experience** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION: * We seek a professional with over 8 years of experience as a CNC milling operator, who also possesses strong Mastercam 2024/25 programming skills for 3-axis, 3+2-axis, and continuous 5-axis machining centers. * Experience with other CAM systems will be valued; if no Mastercam experience exists, on-the-job training will be provided. * Special emphasis will be placed on experience machining prototypes, one-off parts, and short production runs for high-value-added sectors such as aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. * Exceptional value will be placed on versatility in CNC lathe programming using Mastercam. * High proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings. * Residence in the San Fernando de Henares area or nearby, or ability to commute to this location. RESPONSIBILITIES: * The selected candidate will join as a CNC Milling Operator responsible for manufacturing prototypes, one-off parts, and short production runs for high-value-added sectors including medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, telecommunications, defense, etc. * Based on solid models or technical drawings, the candidate will program 3-axis, 3+2-axis, and continuous 5-axis machining centers using Mastercam 2024 and 2025\. * In case of lathe versatility, the candidate will also operate CNC lathes equipped with driven tools, programming them using Mastercam. JOB CONDITIONS: * Contract: Permanent. * Salary: between 30\. 000 – 35\. 000 € gross per year, depending on qualifications.
